Dispensing High-End Hearing Aids
Vertigo and Deafness Clinic has a very advanced set-up for dispensing the latest and most sophisticated high end hearing aids after a very thorough hearing assessment and aided trials. Fitting is done using the most sophisticated REAL EAR MEASUREMENT system (Auricle from Otometrics, Denmark) by qualified and trained audiologists and computer personnel. The hearing aid section is equipped with the latest hearing aid analysers and other equipment. A set up for simulated sound fields for the patient to experience the feeling of real life challenging acoustic situations in a simulated sound field environment is also there in the clinic for the best adjustments of the dispensed hearing aids.

Psychological Assessment / Counselling
Many patients suffering from balance disorders (vertigo, dizziness and imbalance/ unsteadiness) as well as some patients suffering from hearing disorders have a definite psychic and cognitive impairment which requires professional management by requisite assessment of the impairment followed by counselling and /or psychotherapy, behavioural / cognitive therapy. For this we have the services of a qualified and trained clinical psychologist at Vertigo and Deafness Clinic only for patients who are treated at Vertigo and Deafness Clinic.
